Explain:

The SHD-U series downward blowing Europeanized hopper dryer is made of stainless steel, equipped with "hot air downward blowing" and "cyclone exhaust" functions, as well as a double-layer insulation bucket. It is particularly suitable for use with dehumidifiers to dry engineering plastics. The loading capacity provided by this series is from 20U-8000U, and there are 25 types of models in total.

● Using microcomputer control to accurately control temperature;

● The unique design of the downdraft duct can evenly disperse hot air, maintain stable plastic drying temperature, and improve drying efficiency;

● Full digital PID control, LED status display;

● Novel and shiny appearance;

● Equipped with overheating protection device, it can reduce accidents caused by human or mechanical faults;

● Automatically turn on and off the machine at a fixed time every week to achieve power saving;
SHD-80U and above models adopt an open sight hopper, which has good sealing and convenient material cleaning;

● SHD-1200U and below models are equipped with stainless steel bracket and aluminum base as standard;
Manual butterfly valve for SHD-1500U and above models;

● SHD-1500U and above models can be equipped with protective ladders as an option;

● When selecting a high-temperature type, the entire machine is fully insulated;

● There is a Europeanized suction box, Europeanized foot stand, hopper magnet, magnetic base (aluminum or stainless steel), fan inlet filter, hot air recovery device, and exhaust air filter available for selection;

● When changing to the European safety circuit model, add "CE" after the model.
