There are two main ways to add metered color masterbatches. One is the rotary table type, which has high accuracy and is particularly suitable for processes with very few additives; Another type is screw type, which can continuously add color masterbatch to the main raw material.
The debugging method and testing operation process of the metering masterbatch machine;
1. Turn on the secondary power switch behind the control box;
2. Now, press the 'Settings' button twice, enter the' Job Parameters' internal parameters, and change the screw number to the corresponding color.
3. Press the green button and it will display "arranged" in the lower left corner of the controller text. At this time, the lower left corner of the text with a speed exceeding 5rpm will change from "arranged" in the lower left corner of the controller to "running".
4.When the yellow light flashes, the bottom left corner of the controller text displays "Running" and changes to "Material Shortage Abort" to remind you that you need to add masterbatch, indicating that the material level in the hopper is lower than the detection position.
5.When the red light flashes to control the overload of the hybrid motor thermal relay, please check if the current of the thermal relay is too low, or if the hybrid shaft is wound around multiple belts or the motor is short circuited.
