The working principle of the suction machine:

The principle of vacuum suction is to generate a certain negative pressure inside the silo, causing raw materials to be sucked into the silo. The entire process of the automatic fully intelligent vacuum pump suction machine is as follows: when there is insufficient material in the silo, the button switch detects the raw material, and the system intelligence can obtain the data signal to start the motor operation. When the closed system software can reach the required vacuum value, the material begins to be sucked in, and then enters the hopper of the suction machine. After placing the materials, prepare for the next cycle system. When the material is filled into the box, the button switch detects that the raw material will receive a data signal, and the suction position will stop. Throughout the entire process of this reciprocating system, the machine can be tested.

During the use of the suction machine, attention should be paid to checking whether the suction tube is inserted into the raw material, whether it is stuck, whether the system is relatively closed, whether the hopper seal ring and filter screen seal ring need to be replaced, whether the suction machine filter screen is blocked, and whether it needs to be cleaned or replaced.
